Subscription Setup, Process, and Renewal Terms and Agreements

The Local Loans officer app is based on subscription terms of contract.
When you first sign up you will have a free trial period of 30 days, where you will have the opportunity to use the app free with no cost to you. After the free trial period, you will be asked on what subscription contract you would like to continue with. You will have the option of subscribing to a $9.99 a month subscription contract, which lets you use all the functions within the mobile app. This $9.99 signup is on a month to month basis, and you can at anytime choose to cancel your monthly subscription 24 hours before your renewal is due. The $9.99 subscription will automatically renew every month, unless you cancel your subscription in the settings section of the mobile app. You will be notified by email and within the mobile app of your renewal, when it comes due. The notification of renewal and charges will be sent out 48-72 hours before the charges get processed.

When subscribing, you are agreeing and accepting for Local Loans LLC to charge your credit card, debit card, or method of payment each month. We will charge your method of payment on the due date of your subscription renewal, unless you advise us otherwise before that date is due.
